Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how your Leonx bike gets to your door.
Free shipping
Every order on leonx.com ships free within the continental United States. No minimum, no promo code required.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri) from our US warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery time
Standard delivery arrives in 5–10 business days after shipment. Remote areas (Alaska, Hawaii, some rural addresses) may take longer and could involve additional freight fees; we'll contact you before charging anything extra.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder or contact us.
Shipping damage
Inspect your package on delivery. If the outer box shows visible damage, take photos before opening and email service@leonx.com within 48 hours so we can file a claim with the carrier.
International shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Sign up for our newsletter for updates on international availability.
