Warranty Policy
Every Leonx bike ships with a 1-year manufacturer warranty on all core components.
What's covered
- Frame
- Motor
- Battery
- Controller
Coverage protects against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the original delivery date.
What's not covered
- Normal wear-and-tear (tires, brake pads, chain, grips)
- Crash damage or damage from misuse
- Damage from water submersion, extreme temperatures, or improper storage
- Any bike with unauthorized modifications
- Cosmetic wear (scratches, paint chips, decal wear)
How to file a claim
- Email service@leonx.com with your order number.
- Include a clear description of the issue plus photos or a short video.
- Our team responds within 24 business hours with next steps.
- Approved claims: we ship replacement parts free, or repair/replace the unit.
Activation
Register your bike at /warranty-activation within 30 days of delivery to keep your records on file.
