1. Products
We do our best to display accurate product details, pricing, and images. Colors and specs may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. Prices are subject to change.
2. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example, if pricing is clearly incorrect or we suspect fraud. Your card is charged when the order ships.
3. Off-road use only
Leonx electric dirt bikes are designed for off-road and closed-course use only. They are not street-legal in most jurisdictions. It's your responsibility to check and comply with your local laws.
4. Assumption of risk
Riding a dirt bike is inherently dangerous. Always wear a helmet and proper protective gear. Adults should supervise all riders under 16. By purchasing, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Leonx is not liable for injury, property damage, or loss resulting from use of our products.
5. Returns and warranty
Returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and warranty claims by our Warranty Policy.
6. Intellectual property
All content on leonx.com — logos, product images, copy — is owned by Leonx LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce it without written permission.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of our jurisdiction.
